ISEEN Launches Online MBA in Advanced Finance & Strategic Leadership, Blending Executive Finance with Data-Driven Leadership
The Instituto Superior Europeo de Economía y Negocios (ISEEN) has unveiled its MBA in Advanced Finance & Strategic Leadership, a 100% online graduate program crafted to reinforce professionals’ ability to navigate critical financial decisions while fostering the leadership strengths needed to promote growth, drive transformation, and sustain competitiveness across complex markets.
Delivered in collaboration with the Atlantic-Mediterranean Technological University (UTAMED) in Europe, the program awards a European university master’s degree and also includes an “Advanced Certification in Artificial Intelligence” from the International Association for Artificial Intelligence (IAAI).
A European-standard MBA: 60 ECTS, 1,500 hours, fully online
ISEEN’s MBA carries 60 ECTS credits under the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System, equivalent to 1,500 hours of learner workload—structured as 600 teaching hours plus 900 practical hours—aligned with the European Higher Education framework.
The format combines asynchronous online learning, group tutorials, continuous assessment, and a final MBA project, enabling participants to advance without pausing their professional responsibilities. (ISEEN)
Built for managers, executives, and professionals stepping into broader responsibility
According to ISEEN, the program is aimed at professionals and graduates from any sector who want to step into management roles and improve decision-making in competitive environments—spanning middle managers, consultants, analysts, and technical specialists, as well as executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners seeking to professionalize management and lead organizational growth.
Curriculum highlights: corporate finance, markets, risk, fintech and AI
The MBA syllabus covers a full management foundation while going deep into advanced finance. Topics include corporate finance for decision-making, financial reporting and performance control, investment decisions and capital structure, financial markets and portfolio management, derivatives and risk management, banking and regulation, and valuation, M&A and restructuring. It also addresses fintech and the application of AI in finance, along with leadership in digital and AI-driven organizations.
Final MBA project focused on real business execution
The program concludes with a capstone project in which participants craft a holistic business initiative—whether focused on growth, profitability gains, expansion, transformation, efficiency, or restructuring—resulting in a practical roadmap outlining objectives, required resources, timelines, potential risks, and metrics such as KPIs/OKRs.
Admissions, assessment, and financing support
ISEEN notes that applicants are generally expected to hold a university degree or proven work experience before proceeding through an application, an interview, and an admissions assessment. Completing the program demands meeting the required performance benchmarks and submitting the final project with the designated evaluation score.
To support access, ISEEN also notes the availability of a scholarship program and 100% interest-free financing with payment terms distributed throughout the program.
